Wonderful apartment is offered for rent. The flat is located in the most beautiful historical and cultural part of the city close to the Myhailivska cathedral, Cathedral of Saint Sophia. Besides, it is situated just near the central square of the city – Maidan Nezalezhnosti. Such a convenient location of the offered apartment will let you enjoy all the beautiful sightseeing places of Kiev city. Museums, exhibitions, shops, restaurants, cinemas and night clubs are also situated just in some minutes walk from the apartment. All Kiev and Ukraine’s life and activities is running on the central square of the city.
The nearest underground stations – “Maidan Nezalezhnosti” and “Kreshchatik”.
The flat is situated in the fourth floor of the four-storey building which really unique due to its origin (initially the building was two-storied and was the hotel of Myhailovskyi monastery, two upper floors were built of masonry of the monastery after it was destroyed in 1918). Apartment’s windows face an overwhelming panorama view over the central square of the city and Kreshchatik street in particular.
Apartment is located on the 4-th floor of the 4 storey building without lift.
Total area of the flat – 50 square meters.
Living room is equipped with: modern velour nook (camp-bed, armchair), large TV set providing cable television, DVD, air-conditioner, kitchen-studio, table and chairs, telephone with free of charge local numbers. The living room provides entrance to the balcony.
The bedroom is equipped with: Italian bedroom suit (king size double bed, bed-side tables, fitted cupboard).
The bathroom provides: combined toilet, Italian sanitary engineering, ceramic tiles, large corner bath – jacuzzi , shower cabin, laundry washer and hair-dryer. The hot water heater is foreseen.
Kitchen-studio is equipped with: fitted Italian furniture, refrigerator, microwave oven, gas cooker and electric kettle. The kitchen provides all needed dishes.
Wardrobe with a mirror for outer clothing is set in the hall way of the flat.
Cleaning the flat, changing bed-clothes, towels, soap and toilet paper is included in price.

Great weekend there, all clean, in perfect shape and so close to the center, even and iron; just missed a coffe makerto make it perfect!
